Features (School)

Free Time
This is effective only when APPS and SCHEDULES are running.  When some apps are being locked/hidden, a short break can be granted to kids to use all apps.

Please note the following:

1. Apps being locked/hidden by schools, APPS or SCHEDULES in ParSon App will be released when FREE TIME is in force.
2. When FREE TIME expires, the previous status will resume.  That is, those locked/hidden apps will in force again.
3. Please allow up to up 60 seconds for the apps to show/hide and to resume previous status.

App Lock

1. Go to App Lock
2. Tap to show or hide apps (with a \ over the app)
3. Press √ button to confirm

• To allow all apps, press Show All and √ to confirm.

  Whitelist

1. For repeatedly allowing some apps, add to ⭐️ folder by long pressing the apps.
2. Go to ⭐️ folder, for hide apps (with a \ over the app) then tap √ to confirm.

• *Please note that by design, settings and ESP Student must be shown all the time.

Schedule

Add a Schedule
 
1) Tap + New to start.

2) Set Start Time
3) Set End Time
4) Select day(s) of the week to run

5) Tap Apps to select
6) Select Apps or use STAR folder for quick select.
7) Tap √ to confirm

Edit a Schedule

On Schedule page, swipe right to edit a schedule.

Remove a Schedule

 
On Schedule page, swipe left to delete a schedule.
 

*Please note, settings and ESP Student must be shown all the time.

Block
Restrict kid’s device from accessing websites.  You can turn on Block Adult Content to filter those known websites. 
You can add more websites to restrict.
 

Location
Display real-time location provided that the mobile device is connected to the Internet.

Control
School may give more control to parents on controlling mobile device, including app installation, wi-fi setting, etc.   
Please check with kid’s school for details.
